Q: How quickly do you ship an item after I’ve purchased it?

A: All items are made to order so processing time is one to two weeks unless otherwise noted. From time to time I’ll list pieces I’ve already built and have in stock. In that case, I usually ship the same day or the following day depending on when the order was placed.

The Modern Art Service turn around time is generally one or two weeks once your package arrives at my shop. Please allow an additional week for Special Edition AK motherboards.

Q: I’m in a time crunch and really can’t wait up to two weeks for you to ship my item, can you give me an idea of how busy you are?

A: E-mail me and I’ll gladly give you an idea of how quickly your item will ship if you purchased it that day. Since I mill all of my wood from rough sawn lumber, there’s a good deal of work that goes into producing these pieces, but that’s how I obtain the insane quality I maintain! If you catch me on a day that I’m milling I might be able to shave a few days off production time by cutting extra wood to account for your project.

Q: I have something non-computer related that I’d like you to frame or build a display stand for, can I order one of your Modern Art Services to have you frame it?

A: My Modern Art Services are value priced for computer peripheral framing only. However, I’d be more than happy to offer a quote on a custom commissioned work of art.
